Therapy for me is a journey of transformation: body, mind, spirit. 

I am passionate about helping others to find the goodness within them and to heal the barriers that prevent them from embracing the Light of Goodness inside. Each of us comes into this world as a magnificent Sun. What often trips us up is that we learn to identify with the clouds -- ugly things that we learned about ourselves from our friends, parents and teachers that were not the truth. Truth can only lead us to the magnificence of the Light of Goodness within us. We were born to shine and help others to shine. 

How do I know about journey of transformation?
- I have been there. I have taken my own journey and done my own personal work.. Though it is unique to every human being, I too have lived in pain, fear and conflict. Sometimes I fell, other times I walked, sometimes I sat in boredom waiting 'doing nothing', while other times I ran to keep up with the river. Through prayer, intense struggle, and many lessons about letting go, I found my way through. In the process I discovered that I had a gift for helping individuals and couples to turn pain and conflict into hope, healing and peace of mind. 


I have worked with clients in private practice since 1998. I have focused on couples and families since 2004. 

My focus is on finding what works.... for you.
